Snow White 8000 sharpening stones are used for sharpening knives on Hapstone and Edge Pro knife sharpeners. Snow White stones are made of aluminum oxide with the magnesia binder. The magnesia binder gives Snow White excellent sharpening quality and performance, and high wear resistance.

Snow White stones are 6mm thick and are mounted on high-quality aluminum blanks.

Snow White 8000 is not part of Chosera series but inherits all features of Chosera series. Snow White stones are universal and can be used to sharpen knives of any steel including high carbon, vanadium, and chromium steels. Snow White 8000 can be added to a Chosera custom stone set between 5000 and 10000 grits.

Snow White 8000 stones are preliminarily lapped and do not require lapping after purchase.

Snow White should be used with water as a lubricant. Do not soak Snow White stones in water for more than a few seconds. Just splash, or use a water spray. Never store stones in water. Never dry near heat.
