Great stone holder

I've got some Venev stones that I was using on my PA with a stone adapter, then landed a KME and tthis adapter was a no brainer. Again, 3D printed plastic (I'd have preferred aluminum) but this seems quite well made and it only needs to hold the stones in use, not mount them somewhere, and through 5 knives and counting, it hasn't slipped once. Plus, it's easy to hold onto in use. I've used it with the KME, Venev Dog and Greater Dog stones without issue. The Greater Dogs were too wide for the KME holder, so there's another plus! My recommendation? Just get it!

KME 4" Stone Holder It works perfectly for my on-the-go sharpening kit. I have this, a couple 4" stones, Oil, 4" ceramic rod, and a sharpie tucked away in a little 4x3x1 zipper pouch. Sorry, I can't evaluate it on a KME, but it's perfect for my kit.
